The Inner Authority™ is not a programme you move through. It is a fully tailored private coaching and advisory partnership shaped around your reality, your leadership and whatever arises within it.

Tess stands beside you as a transformational executive coach, trusted companion, incisive mirror and thought partner. She understands the strategic and relational reality you operate in, but does not stay at the surface of the issue. She listens to what you say, notices what is alive underneath it and brings you back to the place where your own clarity and authority arise.

She does not give you ready-made answers or make your decisions for you. She does share her perspective when it can move you forward, and she does not hold back what she notices when she senses you are circling around the essence.

I am Tess Keijzer, a certified coach, transformational executive & leadership coach, Founder of Heart Leadership™ and creator of the Heart Leadership Coaching™ methodology.

As a transformational executive coach, I work through my own methodology with highly capable leaders at the layer where identity, inner authority and leadership converge.

For more than fifteen years, I have worked with leaders at the layer where intelligence alone is no longer enough. The layer beneath the visible issue, where leadership touches identity, inner authority, relationships, responsibility and the future you truly want to create.

I work with CEOs, directors, executives, founders and entrepreneurs. They include an HR Director and Head of Learning within major international organisations, a technical director, the CEO of a financial scale-up, a specialist and leader in a major hospital, and a leading entrepreneur in the legal world.

I listen to what you say, but also to what your body, energy and way of being present reveal. I hear where an intelligent answer is still coming from a familiar story. I name where you hold yourself back, carry too much responsibility or allow an old identity to determine your next move.

My work is loving and direct. I do not take over your answer, but I also do not hold back what I see when it can move you forward.

I have already done a lot of coaching. What makes this different?+

Many clients who choose The Inner Authority™ have already experienced coaching, leadership programmes or personal development. They are often highly capable of analysing their patterns and rarely lack knowledge, intelligence or self-awareness. But understanding something does not mean it truly changes. Tess hears when an intelligent answer is still coming from the familiar story and guides you beyond that analysis. She works with head, heart, body and the relational space as one intelligent system. This creates not only a new insight, but a new inner position from which you can choose and lead differently. The difference lies in the combination of transformational depth, executive sharpness, the quality of the relationship and Tess’s ability to name what lives beneath the words.

Does Tess also share her own view or perspective?+

Yes. Tess does not make your decisions for you or give ready-made answers. She actively shares what she sees, senses and notices. She names patterns, incongruence and potential, even when that creates friction. You can also ask her directly how she sees a situation or a possible move.

What exactly is hypnosis and how does it work within this engagement?+

Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed yet clear state of awareness, similar to the state just before you fall asleep. In that state, the subconscious is more accessible. You remain fully present; you are not “gone”. We work together, focused on the specific belief or block that is most in the way. We schedule this session in the first month, creating immediate space for what you want to create.

How intensive is the Telegram contact?+

The line remains open throughout the four months. Tess checks in proactively, and you can reach out when something significant is happening: a decision, a difficult conversation, a pattern that appears or an insight you want to integrate. This keeps the work connected to your day-to-day leadership reality.

Is this also suitable for men?+

Yes. The Inner Authority™ is for CEOs, directors, executives, founders and entrepreneurs, regardless of gender. The engagement is fully shaped around the person, the context and the issue at hand.

What happens after my application?+

After your application, I will contact you personally for an introductory conversation. Together we explore whether this engagement is right for you, what is happening and what you want to achieve. The conversation is completely without obligation. We only move forward if there is a genuine fit.

Can I pay the investment in instalments?+

Yes, that is possible to discuss. Mention it in your application or bring it up during the introductory conversation.

We explore that carefully. You do not need to be in a crisis and you do not need to have all the answers. There does need to be a genuine desire to make space for what is emerging and a willingness to bring your whole self into the work.
