With over 25 years in psychology and 15 years as a coach, facilitator and entrepreneur, she has guided thousands of leaders in finance, technology, healthcare, government and beyond. She is the author of 'Moedig Leiden vanuit je Hart', named a must-read by Dutch Vogue.
In 2018, a mountainbike accident brought a profound clarity: it is her mission to bring more heart into leadership. Since then, she has built Heart Leadership into a methodology, a certification programme and an international movement.
She lives with her partner and daughter in Dubai, building towards a global Heart Leadership Academy.
